Order Form

Please follow these easy steps for processing your order.

1 - Download and print a copy of the Order Form.

2 - Browse around the Americana Arts store and write in the items you would like to purchase on the order form.

3 - Email me to answer any questions or special requests you may have and I will respond ASAP. If you would like to have me call you, include your phone number in the email. (U.S., Puerto Rico, United Kingdom, Canada). All other locations, we can correspond by email. I am sorry, but my phone plan does not extend around the world.

4 - Mail your order form with payment, including shipping & handling and sales tax (if applicable). Make your personal check, bank check or money order payable to Doreen Lynn Saunders. Upon clearance of the check, I will send all of your items with a copy of your original order form and any bonus gifts that apply. If any items cannot be mailed at the same time, I will mail the rest at my own expense.
